History

The job description Of the Registrar’s Office has been made with Article 31 of the Decree Law on Higher Education Institutions and Administrative Organization of Higher Education Institutions established according to Article 51 of the Higher Education Law No.2547, and until 1999, carried out its service at the Rectorate building with Student Affairs Branch, Graduates Unit, the Documents and Scholarships Branch, the Editorial Office and the Statistics Unit.

The structure of our department was re-designed in the 1998-1999 academic year. the processes of the students and graduates enrolled in all Faculty, Institute, Conservatory and Vocational School of our university are transformed into a central system understanding within the framework of Student Information Systems automation, since the 1999-2000 Academic Year.

After serving in the old Automation building between 2000 and 2015, our Presidency continues to serve in the building built on the Metro Station at Ayazağa Campus since April 13, 2015.
