Loss and Renewal of Diploma, Diploma Supplement and Certificates

Loss of Diploma

1. Original of the Newspaper Ad (Those who lost their diploma give a missing notice to a newspaper with wide circulation published in Ankara, Istanbul and Izmir and distributed throughout the country. In this notice, the full name of the lost document, where it was obtained and that it was invalid due to the loss should be stated.)
2. Application petition (Click here for application petition.)
3. A copy of the Identity Card (for Turkish Nationals) / Passport (for Foreign Nationals) (Original is presented.) Graduates who will send the document by mail are required to attach a copy of the notary or consulate certified identity card.
4. Receipt showing that the second copy (duplicate) fee (5000 TL) has been paid

Diploma Damage

For diplomas that are torn or damaged for any reason, II. Copy Diploma (Duplicat) is issued.

4. Receipt showing that the second copy (duplicate) fee (5000 TL) has been paid
