| Course Description |
| Accompanied by philosophy of art and science, the course investigates the creative essence of bio-engineering on a design level in
order to provide the necessary knowledge, skill and competence. Within that context, historical relationship of art and engineering,
visual investigation of natural objects and artifacts in art as well as their conceptual status in philosophy, analysis of nature as an
inspirational source of design in engineering, relation of theory and practice in art and design, interdisciplinary nature of
engineering and finally multi-dimensionality and wholeness as the basic concepts for design will be investigated thoroughly. |
