Course Description
Theoretical and historical background, physical structure. Sections of mey: Reeds and pincers. Types of mey. Maintenance of mey, reeds and pincers. Blowing towards upper and lower registers. Exercises with leaping fingerings. Exercises on whole and half notes and rests. Exercises on blowing and finger positions.
