| Course Description |
| The main players of commercial life are companies or merchants and people who interact with them. The main purpose of
commercial law is to determine the relations between these persons and the rights and obligations of the parties. In this context, it
is now a must for all persons, whether entrepreneurs, employees, investors or consumers, to be informed about the term
merchant, provisions regarding becoming a merchant, and companies and other key players in commercial life. These relationships
and their reflections in life constitute the subject of our lesson. |
