Course Description |
Based on strategic spatial planning approach;
1. Identification of spatial dynamics in a settlement: settlement systems and hierarchy,
transportation network and connections, land uses, social, economic and environmental
characteristics.
2. Determination of cross-sectoral relationships and spatial impact; defining the
techniques and problems representing social, environmental and economic structure.
3. Discussion of vision: Utilization of strategic decision making methods with the
consideration of social, organizational bodies and legal framework. |
