Course Description |
The primary purpose of this course is to give a full understanding of biochemistry by completing topics covered before.
Our first aim is to investigate purpose of enzymes that exhibit paramount significance in biological systems. Also, inhibition
modes of these macro structures will be covered in detail. The course will also teach metabolism of nucleotides, lipids
together with amino acids with the purpose of completing the basic understandings of metabolism. Next, analytical methods
frequently employed in biochemical studies will be discussed. Lastly, the principles of protein and nucleic acid interaction will
be covered in the scope of this course. |
