Course Description |
Classification of petroleum reservoirs based on trap and fluid types. Using pressure measurements to determine the contact depths.
Reservoir drive mechanisms. Derivation of the general material balance equation. Application of the general material balance
equation for the various types of drive mechanisms. Water influx models. Estimation of hydrocarbons in place and assessment of
associated uncertainty. |
