Course Description
Affixes of verb in Ottoman Turkish. Converting affixes of noun to verb and vice versa. Conjugation of verbs. Personal affixes. Affixes for present, simple and future tense. The wish and imperative mood. Negative affix. Compound modals. Teaching the general characteristics of Ottoman Turkish. Introducing the vocabularies of Turkish, Arabic and Persian. Teaching the Ottoman grammar structure. Analysis on printed and handwritten Ottoman manuscripts.
