Course Description
This course is to teach the student with the basic concepts of engineering economics, finance mathematics, real estate and its related market analysis and appraisal. The content of the course is arranged to give basic ability to analyze the characteristics of real estate, its investors and its market. At the end of the course, the student will be able to investigate and evaluate any value, profitability, and marketability of any and/or alternative real estate investments.
