Course Description
Sounds in Tatyan scale and exercises on it. Technical exercises on Tatyan scale tones with or without lyrics. Exercises Uzun Havas with different scales. Exercises on scales from different regions. Usage of Mey as a solo instrument. Usage of grand Mey technical exercises of simple, compound, aksak and irregular scales in a systematic way. Müstezat (Acemaşiran) scale and example melodies.
