Course Description |
The derivation of preliminary spherical trigonometry relations and solution of spherical triangles. The modeling of the movements of the stars, planets and the earth according to the celestial sphere approximation. The definition of celestial, terrestrial coordinate systems and time systems. The transformations between the coordinate and time systems. The determination of the astronomical azimuths, latitudes, longitudes by using astronomical observations. The using of the astronomical observations in the geodesy, vertical deflection and orientation of geodetic networks. |
