Course Description
Basic Terms for Law. Hierarchy of norms. International aggrements related to landscape. Applications conducted within the international aggrements. Basic regualtions related to environmental management in Turkey and their implementations. Regulations related to built-up spaces and natural areas together with their implementations. Landscape law for thematic areas. Environmental impact assessment and landscape planning. Planning hierarchy. Professional ethics and landscape law.
