| Course Description |
| One of the most important applications of mineral processing engineering is process and plant design. It is possible to design a coal preparation process and plant for the evaluation of the existing coal sample, by applying the previously developed classification and enrichment models, after a series of lab scale tests such as size distribution analysis, settling-measure test and determination of washability characteristics etc., on the coal sample that is considered to be evaluated. This course enables the students to make process and plant design by applying models with Microsoft Excel application and develops students in this subject. |
