| Course Description |
| A mine design software is practiced to store, manage, model and display exploration data. Surface topography and borehole
database are given to the project groups. Initially orebodelly modelling is carried out to estimate volume, tonnage and quality of
reserve. Basic concept of geostatistical approaches are studied. Underground mine design will be then carried out for a target
production for a typical metal mine. An open pit coal mine is also designed within the integrated mining software. |
