Course Description |
Course involves the application of technical knowledge to design and conduct an experimental study in the laboratory, or
searching literature extensively on a spscific current topic, or conducting a market survey, or investigating current status of a a
specific food sector. Projects are presented by a final report and seminar at the end of semester. |
