Course Description |
The abundance and fractionation of the stable H, O and C isotopes of the natural water formations on the earth
will be the main part of the course. The use of isotopes other than H, C and O, which are widely used nowadays
and the dating of natural waters with radiogenic isotopes will constitute another main topic. In this course,
meteoric water concept, water rock interaction, isotopic interaction of atmospheric water-surface water,
identification of geochemical events affecting water chemistry during the circulation of water and monitoring of
climate change traces with surface waters will be also clarified. |
