| Random processes, modeling of noise: Gaussian noise, white noise, narrowband noise. Noise analysis in analog modulation: The
effect of noise in systems with amplitude modulation. Comparison of signal-to- noise ratio values after demodulation of systems
with carrier amplitude, double sideband, single sideband and vestigial sideband modulation. Noise analysis in exponential
modulation systems, threshold effect in frequency modulation. Noise analysis in pulse code modulation systems, comparisons
with amplitude and frequency modulation. Correlated transmission techniques, partial response coding. |
