| Course Description |
| The housing is the most common typology in the design field and has a vital importance for users. Creating awareness about
housing in planning and design scales is the main aim of the course. The phenomenon of housing is handled in a holistic
structure with all its dimensions. The roots, causes of the housing problem and the approaches applied to solve these problems
in the world and Turkey in terms of quality and quantity, draw the general framework of the course. In this framework, the
problems encountered in the context of housing realization systems, planning and design principles, socio-economic and cultural
factors, sub-systems and security issues give depth to the course. |
