2024-2025 Fall Semester Graduate Application Results and Registration Process for International Students
Primary and Reserve List
In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, the full names and surnames of the relevant persons are announced in encrypted form. Please also check the results by candidate number.

All candidate students on the main list must complete the final registration on the website http://www.sis.itu.edu.tr/onkayitlar/LUKabul/Kabul/ between 18 - 22 July 2024. You will be logged in with the candidate number and password given during the pre-registration phase.
Documents (PDF format) to be submitted by foreign students
- Undergraduate diploma or approved graduation certificate (printout from e-government system is valid) (for final registration to the Master's program),
- Master's degree diploma or approved graduation certificate (printout from e-government system is valid) (for final registration to the PhD program)
- Certificate of equivalence or recognition document of the diploma if obtained other than Turkish Universities. Certificate of equivalence or recognition document for the diploma can be submitted until the end of Fall semester 2024-2025. Registered candidate who can not provide the diploma equivalency or recognition document approved by Higher Education Council of Türkiye (YÖK) until the end of Fall semester 2024-2025 will be canceled.
- English proficiency result (This is a mandatory document for final registration in PhD programs). (Those who cannot submit a valid document showing English Language proficiency at the application stage must upload it.)
- Photocopy of passport
- Bank receipt showing that tuition fee has been paid. As stated in the announcement, the tuition fee should be paid to VakıfBank 18 - 22 July 2024 with the student number.
- You can pay the fees from Vakıfbank branches, ATM and internet banking. Please write your student number, name and surname in the explanation section of the receipt
Important Notes
- Please do not pay to any IBAN number.
- When paying the fee / tuition fee to the bank, students must specify their student numbers and also have their student numbers should be written on the receipt.
- It is recommended that the bank receipt be kept by the student as it is mandatory to submit a bank receipt for the refund of the fee / tuition fee in some cases.
Important Disclosure
- Except for non-thesis Master's programs, it is not possible to enroll and continue in more than one graduate program at the same time. Final registration will not be made for students who are enrolled in another program (except for students enrolled in non-thesis programs).
- The final registration process of students based on documents will be canceled if it is later determined that the documents uploaded to the system during the pre-registration and final registration processes are fraudulent and/or do not reflect the truth.
Announcement About the 2024-2025 Fall Term Graduate Students' New Cards
Students newly admitted to the 2024-2025 Education Year Fall Semester Graduate Programs (in the main list), can get their Student Cards by coming to the Card Center as of July,29 2024 after the Final Registrations are completed.
For students to receive their card, their final registration for the graduate program must be completed.
NOTE: Student cards will be printed and issued instantly when students arrive at the Card Center. Students who do not have a photograph in the ITU System should log in to portal.itu.edu.tr with their ITU username and password and follow the steps Personal Information > Account Information > Photo Processes, and upload their current photographs. Cards cannot be issued to students who do not have a photo in the system.
Graduate Students can also log in to the ITU Portal system via the e-government system.

Students who do not have an E-Government(E-Devlet) password can obtain their usernames and passwords by visiting the Information Technology Department.

The announcement for the students who are transferred from Reserved List to the Main list will be on 24 July 2024.
